Meet Our Therapists
MA, LMHC, LMFT, QS
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) I use a multifaceted approach to provide a safe place to process issues and create change within the individual’s or family’s life.
Shari D. Adams
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I specialize in Spiritual Issues, adolescent and adult DSM diagnoses, marriage and family therapy. Our second therapy dog in training, Chloe, is often with me. I look forward to helping YOU!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I will provide a safe and caring environment where you can share your feelings and concerns.
Chelsea is a Registered Mental Health Counseling intern in the state of Florida and has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. She brings unique skills to the Carpenter House team and is currently accepting new clients.
Nurse PractitionerCarpenter House is excited about the addition of a ARNP, Nurse Practitioner, joining the team this fall of 2018 in order to prescribe psychiatric and other medications to our patients.
What is a working dog? I’m glad you asked! Therapy dogs are not usually called service dogs as they are not trained to physically assist individuals.
Carpenter House patients also benefit from additional interventions from our Masters level Interns and Practicum students. We also offer a PTSD group and will be adding other groups as we grow. Our therapists can be booked for workshops at your office or church.
