I see clients in a home office setting, and Carpenter House is a family-run business. Our purpose is to help each individual with their unique needs, which requires a great deal of coordination between staff at Carpenter House and your health insurance providers. We are happy to assist your efforts to seek insurance reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement and the amount of any co- payments or deductible depend on the requirements of your specific insurance plan. We are here to help you every step of the way.

Please verify and understand the limits of your insurance coverage. Our staff will help with the paperwork, phone calls, and follow-ups, which are all important to meet our customers' individual needs. Additionally, you are responsible for knowing your coverage and for letting us know if/when your coverage changes. Our staff is here to support you so please ask if you have questions or need assistance.

Deer Moss Creek is a residential area in Niceville. All appointments are made by phone. Please do not come to the office without an appointment this would likely interrupt someone else in session.
