I am the owner of Carpenter House | Kathlyn C. White, and I care about each person who walks through our door.  Regardless of who you see we are focused on helping people rebuild their lives using a holistic perspective that strategically integrates different aspects of therapy to help them move toward healing and wholeness.

Carpenter House is dedicated toward the healing of individuals and families.  We also see Veterans under the Veterans Choice program.  Our goal is to give people back a quality of life they either lost or never had.  I use a multifaceted approach to provide a safe place to process issues and create change within the individual’s or family’s life.

 

Jane Davis

LCSW, MCAP, QS

 As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I maintain a safe, accepting, therapeutic environment where you can address your concerns and find renewed balance and purpose in your life. Together we will build insight into your situation and experiences so you can regain your confidence and move forward confidently into your best version of yourself. I specialize in trauma resolution (especially adult survivors of childhood trauma), life stage transitions and adjustment, complicated bereavement, and addictions. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns.

 

Dr. Carmen Gonzalez-Magaz

Psychologist

 I am a dual Licensed Psychologist in the State of Florida and Puerto Rico. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Massachusetts and hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am bilingual and proficient in English and Spanish. I have a very flexible schedule and accepting new teletherapy appointments. I enjoy working with girls, adolescents and women on various issues and my greatest satisfaction is the strengthening of affective bonds within the family and the creation of new families through adoption or reconstitution. I also dedicate my work to the improvement of mood, anxiety, adjustment and eating disorders. Call me today so we can schedule a session.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I want to provide a safe refuge for those who have been devastated by one or more of life’s tragic moments Life is hard, healing is possible but it takes time. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with military and veteran families. As a Navy veteran and military spouse, I understand the challenges of military life and the transition that occurs when you leave active duty and beyond. I work with individuals across the lifespan in order to assist them as they work through life’s many challenges. I use an eclectic mix of modalities in order to tailor a treatment plan to fit your needs.

 We work to help couples rebuild their troubled relationships.  We offer private sessions and offer a special Consierge Counseling option where a therapist will work with you and/or your family in the privacy of your home on a Saturday.  Call the front office to have a therapist contact you and discuss your specific needs.

What is a working dog? I’m glad you asked! Tallyho is a remarkable dog who is tuned into you!  She brings fun and a great sense of intuition to the session.  She especially loves babies and children.
