As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) I use a multifaceted approach to provide a safe place to process issues and create change within the individual’s or family’s life. I provide faith-based professional counseling dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve wellness by ensuring a holistically oriented approach is maintained. I also use a therapy dog “TallyHo” to assist with my approach. As a veteran and military spouse, I am dedicated to working with military and their families and am expanding services to help veterans suffering with PTSD and other military-related issues.
I have been practicing in the field since 1991 and I am a graduate of the Florida State School of Social Work, was commissioned into the U.S. Army and later received my Masters in Counseling.
