Kathy sees clients in a home office setting, and Carpenter House is a family run business. Our purpose is to help each individual with their unique needs which requires a great deal of coordination between staff at Carpenter House and your health insurance providers. We are happy to assist your efforts to seek insurance reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement and the amount of any co- payments or deductible depends on the requirements of your specific insurance plan. We are here to help you every step of the way.
Please verify and understanding the limits of your insurance coverage. Our staff will help with the paperwork, phone calls, and follow-ups which are all important to meet our customer’s individual needs. Additionally, you are responsible for knowing your coverage and for letting us know if/when your coverage changes. Our staff is here to support you. We are here to serve you!
Deer Moss Creek is a residential area in Niceville. All appointments are made by phone. Please do not come to the office without an appointment this would likely interrupt someone else in session.

If our staff is helping someone else please leave a message or after hours leave a message and we will contact you the next business day. We can then discuss if you would be covered in-network with your insurance or self-pay.

Verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange your first visit. If we are not on your insurance panel, we will supply you with a receipt of payment for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is important to note that not all insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network providers.
